Gerringong Beach, Illawarra

Gerringong is beautiful. Just 130 kilometres south of Sydney’s CBD, it is a coastal playground as well as a visual delight. It also however, receives unforgiving ocean winds and can be a very cold place at times. Owning a home here is a blessing, and one with a seaside view is even better. Our client was building a contemporary home overlooking Werri beach and wanted to implement a clean, minimalist, financially wise and environmentally sustainable design. They also appreciated the safety advantages of eliminating radiators from the property.
